The technique developed by Moshé Feldenkrais in the 1930s focuses on enhancing self-awareness through movement: changing the way we move leads to changes in the way we observe, think and feel.
Following her show at the Van Abbemuseum and fuelled by years of engagement with this technique, artist Yael Davids will be giving Feldenkrais lessons in the Ship (attic) of the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam.
Are you interested in participating? Please send a message to email@example.com.
Due to COVID-19 measures we have to postpone the lessons and will keep you posted on when we can commence.
The series of Feldenkrais lessons by Yael Davids is co-organised by the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten in the frame of their Education from Below project.
